Venue Rental Without Catering:                             2025


Clients have the option to rent the venue without Lake House catering packages. These prices are customized based on the Client’s needs for the event. Prices start at $750 for a two hour event. Some dates and time slots are not available depending on availability and season. 

Basic rental includes the venue, tables & chairs including set-up, and clean up of the venue.

Other items that may be needed for purchase through Lake House are:

Linens                        

Table decor

Plates/silverware/napkins

Chafing dishes

Cake stand

Serving utensils

Kitchen Staff

Sternos

To-go containers

Serving dishes


An Event Manager fee of $150 may be required depending on the type of event. 

Outside food being brought in requires either the caterer to submit proof of liability insurance & business license OR you must purchase a one-day liability insurance policy from our vendor. The one-day policies are around $100 depending on the coverage you choose. 

The use of Lake House’s kitchen is not available to outside vendors. Food items must be brought in hot and ready to be placed into chafing dishes or to be served on the buffet line.


If food items require refilling or to be kept warm in the kitchen, a $150 kitchen manager fee is required.

All beverages, non-alcoholic or alcoholic, must be purchased through Lake House. Bar staff, glassware and services of these items are included in the per guest for products. 

Security at a cost of $250 may be required for venue rental only depending on the event type.
